Meet REPphotos’ July Model of the Month<\/p>\n
BIO:<\/strong><\/p>\n Jerica D. Wortham<\/strong><\/font> is a Tulsa, OK native with an international spirit. Jerica has been writing, and performing her poetry since the tender age of 11. During her college years she began to take her talent for poetry seriously, and began touring local state colleges. After college she continued sharing her craft, and connecting with other performers in the Tulsa community.<\/p>\n In May 2012 Jerica founded In 2013 she was presented with the opportunity to host her very first live show; and J PARLE’ Live was born! The monthly show, although still in existence has transformed from a show presenting multiple artists in one night, to a more “unplugged” vibe allowing 3 artists the chance to tell their story. An experience that is gaining momentum each passing month.<\/p>\n Not just dedicated to social activities Jerica also finds time to give back to her community through the J PARLE’ Scholarship Fund, volunteering with her sorority Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and with her local church. She also helps to teach a class on the art of poetry at one of Tulsa’s local correctional facilities.<\/p>\n When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband Webster, and their son Solomon.<\/p>\n
